Loss in weight feeder (Model H) is designed to use fully enclosed round scale and providing double feedback and double closed loop control feeding technology. The improvement has eliminated the hysteresis of the PLC which has signal sampling lag, slow operation, poor anti-jamming performance. The feeder has higher feeding accuracy and stability.

It can be widely applied to chemical, engineering plastics, cable, food, pharmaceuticals, building materials, etc. Feed rates range from 5-4000 L/h, depending on feeder configuration and material characteristics and feeding accuracy can reach ±0.2%. All material contact parts are stainless steel:

The Loss in weight feeder is mounted on the round scale, which uses METTLER TOLEDO load cell. The scale material is stainless steel and the scale housing is fully-enclosed which avoids the material going into the scale to influent weighing accuracy. All material contact parts are stainless steel.
