Three load cell loss in weight feeder is different from model H and R. It adopts three load cell suspension bearing and center of gravity of the system is below the three fulcrums, so the overall structure is stable. The screw type and transmission of three load cell loss in weight feeder are the same as the other screw feeders. Larger volume of hopper is optional. It can extend the feeding cycle and decrease the filling times. It is suitable for large flow rate requirement.

It can be widely applied to chemical industry, plastic, cable, new energy, building materials, etc. Feed rates range from 5 - 6000 L/h. It adopts the same control method as other loss in weight feeders and feed accuracy can reach ±0.5%. All material contact parts are stainless steel.
